Castle Gardens offers several rental spaces for private events, meetings, receptions, celebrations, and community gatherings. Each room has its own capacity and rental rate.

Auditorium
A spacious banquet hall ideal for private parties, celebrations, holiday events, functions, and large gatherings.
Rental Rate: $800 – $1,200
Upstairs Room 2 & 3
A bright upstairs event space, perfect for medium-sized gatherings, meetings, celebrations, and community events.
Rental Rate: $350
Queens Room
An elegant and intimate room designed for smaller private events, meetings, receptions, and social gatherings.
Rental Rate: $180
Room 2
A comfortable event room ideal for smaller meetings, private gatherings, workshops, and social events.
Rental Rate: $180
Room 3
A practical and welcoming room for small to mid-sized gatherings, meetings, and private community events.
Rental Rate: $250
Important Rental Information
Submitting a booking request does not confirm your reservation. All rentals are subject to availability, approval, completed rental agreement, rental fee, and required security deposit.
Rentals are handled Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Parties of 100 people or more require security services at the renter’s expense. Decorating time may be available the day before the rental for an additional fee, if the room is available.
